2. GENERAL INFORMATION
The protection of your personal data is very important to me.
Your data is processed exclusively in accordance with the legal provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
Personal data means any data by which you can be personally identified.
To ensure GDPR compliance, the integrated cookie banner of the Enfold theme is used to obtain or withdraw your voluntary consent for non-essential services
(for example Google Fonts or YouTube) in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
3. HOSTING AND SERVER LOG FILES
This website is hosted by all-inkl.com – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Neustadt in Sachsen, Germany.
When this website is accessed, server log files are automatically recorded with the following data:
- IP address (anonymised)
- date and time of access
- browser type and version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
Purpose: Technical provision, security and stability of the website.
Data processing agreement: A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with all-inkl.com.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR
(legitimate interest).
4. CONTACT BY EMAIL, WHATSAPP OR PHONE
If you contact me, the following data may be processed:
- name
- phone number
- email address
- content of your enquiry
Purpose: Processing your enquiry and taking pre-contractual steps.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Note regarding WhatsApp: WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Data may be processed outside the EU
(USA, Standard Contractual Clauses). See Meta’s privacy information.
5. CONTACT FORM
When using the contact form, the information you provide, including your contact details, is stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and any follow-up questions:
- name
- email address
- phone number (optional)
- message text
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f GDPR.
Storage period: Until the purpose no longer applies or deletion is requested, unless legal obligations require otherwise.
6. CONTRACT PROCESSING
In connection with vehicle inspections, purchase support, transport services or second opinions, the following data may be processed:
- contact data (name, address, phone, email)
- vehicle data (VIN, registration number, photos)
- contract and payment data
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR
(performance of a contract) and lit. c GDPR
(legal obligations).
7. USE OF PLUGINS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
7.1 ANTISPAM BEE
Filters spam comments and contact enquiries without storing personal data. GDPR compliant.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
7.2 POLYLANG (MULTILINGUAL FUNCTION)
Assigns content to languages; processes language information, page settings and, where applicable, IP address/domain
(Pro licence).
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
7.3 UPDRAFTPLUS (BACKUPS)
Backs up website data, including personal data, to configured storage locations
(webspace, cloud).
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f and c GDPR.
7.4 WP MAIL SMTP
Email dispatch
(for example via the contact form) through an SMTP server with TLS encryption.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f GDPR.
7.5 ENFOLD THEME AND LAYERSLIDER
Enfold: Layout functions, scripts and stylesheets for website display.
LayerSlider: Animated sliders; processes IP and browser data for content delivery.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
7.6 GOOGLE FONTS
After consent is given in the Enfold cookie banner, the browser loads fonts from Google Ireland Limited
(Google Fonts API), including the IP address.
Alternative: Local hosting
(currently under review).
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR
(consent) and lit. f GDPR.
7.7 YOUTUBE EMBEDS
Videos are loaded after cookie consent is given
(youtube-nocookie.com, lite mode). Google Ireland Limited transmits IP address and device data
(possibly to the USA, SCCs).
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and f GDPR.
8. DISCLOSURE OF DATA
Personal data is only disclosed:
- where there is a legal obligation
(Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR) - where necessary for contract performance
(Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) - with your express consent
(Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR)
No data is disclosed for advertising purposes without consent.
9. STORAGE PERIOD
Data is stored only for as long as necessary or required by law:
- tax data: 10 years
(Section 147 AO) - other data: until the purpose no longer applies or deletion is requested
